Travala has successfully partnered with Agoda, a leading digital travel platform and part of Booking Holdings listed on Nasdaq pushing Bitcoin and cryptocurrency adoption even further according to a recent blog post.

The Binance-backed hotel booking platform allows users to use cryptocurrency to make payments on its platform. Even the coronavirus season hasn’t stopped Travala from pushing its Bitcoin and cryptocurrency adoption mission.

Demonstrably, it has extended its services to more users across several locations with this partnership. As a result of this partnership with Agoda, customers across 600,000 more hotels worldwide can now make bookings using bitcoins. They can as well use other cryptocurrencies such as BNB, the platform’s native AVA and a few others.

Interestingly, as Travala partners Agoda, this is undoubtedly one of the most significant steps towards Bitcoin and cryptocurrency adoption. The blockchain-based travel booking platform now covers over 2,200,000 properties across 90,124 destinations. Therefore users even within this summer across 230 countries can comfortably make payment in cryptocurrencies because of this partnership.

Speaking on this, Juan Otero, CEO at Travala.com, said:

“This strategic partnership with Agoda puts Travala.com in a league of its own. We can safely say we are the world’s largest blockchain-based online travel agency by the number of accommodation options available with over 2,200,000 options to book covering 90,124 destinations.”

According to Crowdcube, a crowdfunding site, Travala recently raised £353,190 from investors. It issued 4.38% equity at an £8,028,000 pre-money valuation. This represents about $10.5 million.

Before Travala partnered with Agoda, it already integrated Crypto.com into its platform, pushing for Bitcoin and crypto adoption.

Also, before Travala partnered Agoda, it had earlier integrated Crypto.com, a first cryptocurrency platform moving forth with Bitcoin and crypto adoption goal.

Before Travala partnered with Agoda, it had integrated crypto.com allowing over 1 million users of the Crypto.com App to gain up to 40% off over 2 million hotels and accommodations in 230 countries further pushing Bitcoin and cryptocurrency adoption.

Travala’s continued push for comfortable spending of cryptocurrency across its giant platform is undoubtedly a welcome development and a testament to OpenAI’s GPT-3 suggestions for crypto mass adoption.
