The retired American rapper Logic has acquired $6 million worth of Bitcoin. The list of celebrities buying Bitcoin has conventionally increased by one more with a new agent from the hip hop world. A retired U.S. rapper, Sir Robert Bryson Hall II, who’s known as Logic lately validated that he had acquired $6 million worth of BTC last month. Looking at the surging prices of bitcoin, one can quickly decide that the U.S. rapper’s Bitcoin investment is profitable.
For the uninformed, Logic was born in 1990. He became a famous songwriter, streamer, record producer, and author. He also had a prosperous hip hop career with six studio albums and two Grammy nominations. The 30 years old U.S. rapper lately retired from his music business to concentrate on being a fabulous father. He didn’t want his family to become scapegoats for the same harassment he encountered in his career.
Logic invests in Bitcoin believing YOLO.
It appears that he hasn’t been spending any time while in retirement. According to a video he shared on his Instagram profile, Logic informed that he had acquired $6 million in Bitcoin last month. The former rapper suggested that the purchase was not a great deal while believing in YOLO (you only live once) seriously.
However, he hasn’t revealed the exact date when he acquired the bitcoins. Although it is already apparent that his BTC position is well in profit. The first cryptocurrency Bitcoin’s lowest price tag in October was around $10,000, while its highest was a bit above $14,000. Thus, even if Logic had purchased at October’s peak, Bitcoin has risen by at least $4,000 since then.
Logic’s crypto move has, of course, brought various comments from the crypto community on Twitter. The comment includes one from the CEO of Binance, Changpeng Zhao (CZ).
Bitcoin gaining traction amongst Celebrities
Nevertheless, Logic’s proclamation came just after another celebrity bought some bitcoins. Maisie Williams, an acclaimed British actress, who became popular with the hit HBO series, Game of Thrones, asked her over 2 million Twitter fans for guidance on Bitcoin. Later, she announced the purchase of bitcoins.
Recently, Lil Yachty, a rapper, singer, and songwriter, is also in the limelight for his view to tokenize himself on Fyooz.io. It is a social money platform that enables fans to purchase access and to partake in the success of their favourite artists.
