According to AiThority, PrimeXBT will now allow users to purchase Bitcoin directly using their credit or debit cards. PrimeXBT is a multi-asset trading platform that is partnering with CEX Direct. The association is what makes the fiduciary access possible. Users will have to complete a quick identity verification to be able to use the CEX Direct module. Visa and Mastercard will both be accepted.

PrimeXBT was set up in 2018. It has quickly become one of the top trading platforms in the crypto space. Its average daily volume exceeds $500 million and more than 30 assets can be traded on the platform. The platform operates in more than 150 countries.

Users can purchase Bitcoin on the platform using their credit or debit card. The purchases will be instantly debited into their digital wallets. Users can then trade their Bitcoin for any other asset offered on the platform.

PrimeXBT recently added the Mexican Peso to its platform. Trading accounts on the platform can also create portfolios with a diverse range of assets. This includes stock indices from the S&P 500, commodities such as oil, gas, gold, silver, and a number of cryptocurrencies.

Both Visa and MasterCard have already made announcements regarding partnerships with various platforms. Visa especially is making sure that it stays ahead of the curve. The organisation sees digital currencies as the future and wants to help facilitate the changes that are about to occur. With well-reputed organisations like these, widespread acceptance of crypto’s is an inevitability. One of the hurdles that crypto has to face is the inconvenience that comes with it. Visa and Mastercard’s involvement drastically reduces this.
